    Whats wrong with meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

    I cant sleep properly, its annoying the hell out of me. I wake up even more tired than when i went to sleep. This is some fucked up shit.

    And to top it off it feels like ive been gargling nails, my day is shaping up to be great

    There are quite a few things that can affect sleep patterns:
    you can try:
    • Sleeping (or at least trying to sleep) at a regular time
    • Drinking chamomile (often sold as 'sleepytime) tea an hour before bed
    • not using a computer, watching tv at least up to two hours before you're goign to sleep
    • making sure you're wearing comfy pjs and are warm enough!
    • try doing things that physically exhaust you during the day (but remember that working out right before sleep makes you too pumped up to sleep!)
    • masturbation can also release a body's natural sedatives to help you fall asleep.
