    I'm not familiar with this med. I often google a med to get information on it. Look for a forum for medications for people who are using it. Then compare their comments to the list of side effects.

    Citalopram = worthless crap.

    Better off with a bag of M&M's.

    i've been on citalopram for abot 3 to 4 years -went upto abot 50 - 60 mg a day. had no sides at all, did not make me more tired. maybe helped a tiny bit. sometimes just think i am taking it for the sake of it, but if it helps 5% then it's worth it.

    DO NOT let yourself get caught short without any for a few days. weird brain pulses/wooshes. it's not an easy drug to come off, but if you do it very slowly should be ok

    if you are definately getting unpleasent sides then come off it, otherwise you might as well give it a go. i'd say 2 to 3 month minimum to see if it's working

    no problem. a bit drunk feeling sounds a lot better than anxious, and if you're feeling better then definately give it a go
