A recent study found that women who drank 2 or 3 cups of coffee per day had a 15% decreased risk of developing depression. Those who drank 4 or more had a 20% decreased risk of developing depression. I just wanted to test out the validity of this study. You can read about this study in the articles listed below (they're the same thing, pretty much, just one is from New York Times and the other from BBC). It says that other sources of caffeine were insufficient. And it cut the study off at 6 cups of coffee per day.
