Hi, I have a question which i'm confused about. It's not an eating disorder if you eat very little, correct? Because for the past week all i've been eating is three crackers for the whole day, along with glasses of water here and there. I feel fine, but i'm just wondering if it would be considered as a disorder. In a weird way, I feel like I have more energy with this diet and I love it.

i would consult my dr about any type of diet...if i were afraid to do that or questioning whether or not its ok...chances are i would later find out that it wasnt
