I'm a new member here, so first.. I apologise if this topic already exists, or is in the wrong section.

Has anyone gone to the police & had the bastard convicted?

Its not the easiest thing to do.. but I want to know who has been successful, and can share their success story with me.
How did the police react? And how did u handle the court experience?
