Core exercises anyone?

I gained 10 covid lbs. Plus not working 2 jobs but I think I needed the extra weight to be honest.

Does anyone here do core exercises? I hate the extra foab in my belly. I looked up some exercises on line but it seems like they all use weights or thay giant ball.

If anyone here wants to do this with me let me know. I've been lazy with exercising, need motivation. Thanks

Dead bug, Russian twists, planks, and side planks, burpees, possibly bear crawls. And good old sit ups! The butterfly sit up is a good way for me to keep my feet anchored. Hyper sit ups if you have a box and a weight is fun too.

If you are finding plank too hard, try doing it from your knees. Then you can work your way up to regular plank.

Also yoga or pilates exercises might be helpful @Lane
