    Crying Tears of Blood

I stare across the room at him
    Eyes focusing on his neck
On the pale, slightly tanned skin
I can almost hear his heart beating
Pumping every precious drop of blood
    Flowing through every vein.

I can see it, picture it
    My teeth, sinking, deep
Deep into the flesh of his neck
    Bursting every vessel
    Blood, spurting over my tongue
    The brilliant, cold, metallic taste
    Filling my mouth with pleasure.

    Then I snap back
    Into harsh reality.
    Hard stool beneath me,
    Pen in hand,
    Just another lesson
    Just another day
I begin to cry, tears of blood
    Staining the cold, white paper
    And my cold, white heart.
