I'm not sure why, but every strong emotion makes me cry. Even happiness. When I get over excited I cry a little. I mean over simple things. Like if I go see a movie I've been really wanting to see, tbe excitement of it starting makes my eyes well up with tears. It seems so stupid. Another example is at a concert. If I really like the band I start to cry a little.

I never cried for years, but now that I'm older it seems like I probably cry once per day, and not always because of sadness.

Anyone else? Specifically men...I'm male so there's the whole machismo thing.

Nothing wrong with showing your emotions if they are tears of joy or sadness it show strength to let them flow

I'm actually a very emotional person. There is nothing wrong with crying. Sometimes I'm a little self conscious if my wife sees me cry, but the truth is, it feels good. Sometimes just letting all my emotions out makes me feel better in the long run.
