Don't be put off by the fact that you cut again, everyone trips up on the way to recovery, I'm still proud of you for being here. I really understand what you mean, if you need someone to talk to, I'm always willing to listen, and I'll do my best to help if that's what you want.

Did something happen that triggered you? Were you just tired of your day at that moment? I don't cut at the moment. I used to years ago. I just started bruising myself again though. Mine came back with a vengeance. I hope yours is more forgiving and you can recover quickly. Please don't beat yourself up for having a tiny step back. That will only make you want to do it more because of the guilt and shame you may feel. Just acknowledge that it happened. "Oops, one day out of so many isn't that bad. Time to get back to work." I hope this helps you. It helps me. Let me know if you need to talk. I'm here.
