I'm so sleep deprived. I've tried everything. It used to be where I was pretty much nocturnal. Now I can't even sleep during the day. I'm lucky if I get 8 hours of sleep in a week total. I'm going 36 hours without sleep right now. I try so hard and it just won't happen. won't I eventually just pass out? Most importantly, what does a person even do when they've tried everything?
