no, maybe even my heart is depressed so it cant cause high blood pressure :)
but to be honest, i havent checked my blood pressure, only sometimes when i dont feel well, and usually then my blood pressure is low or 2 values are close to each other, like 60-80, 80-90

I have high blood pressure but it is controlled by meds. and I am no more depressed on the meds. or off. I also was very depressed before my blood pressure increased.

**I have a book on meds. which states all side effects, and depression is not listed.

i dont think he asked if depression is caused by meds or blood pressure, but i think he asked if depression causes high blood pressure in some way.

stress and tension definitely cause HBP but certainly not depression from my experience

High BP runs in my family but I am not sure if depression plays a part on it's own.

I always used to have a bit higher BP even when i haven't been suffered from depression. I think its now even more close to normal than before lol, but its probably due a nutrition change...
