Another one of my "creations". Wrote this not too long ago out of boredom so lemme know what you think :)

I wander through the forest where memories of yesterday
Turn the sign of beauty and solitude into chaos and dismay
Memories of us wandering through these fields haunt my mind
Peace and solitude for me are no longer there to find.
Forevermore shackled to this endless misery
Only the touch of your warm embrace will set me free

Alas those days are buried and gone.
Long ago we passed our last swansong.
The memories of the good times slowly fade
Way for those or torment and misery they made

I stumble upon an old oak tree standing firm and strong
Sitting underneath is your beauty forevermore I long
To take you into an everlasting embrace
Forgetting the lines of solitude they will trace
I see you there in pale glowing splendor
And I watch you speak with dark exotic tender

Darkness crept in as you spoke your words
Silence ruled but for shrieks of crowing birds
My heart once willed with sorrow and regret
Now filled with rage, anger and a thirst for bloodlet

For it was them who took you away from me
To bind me in chains of everlasting despair and misery
Forlorn and empty I was left behind that day you passed away
Now rooted in anger and an oath of vengeance and dismay.
Forevermore will I bring this torrent of fire to bare
To welcome your murderers into this desolate nightmare

I wander through the ashes cherishing memories of yesterday
I feel satisfaction as I laid down chaos and dismay
Memories of us wandering through these fields haunt my mind
Peace and solitude for me are no longer there to find.
Forevermore shackled to this endless misery
Only the touch of your warm embrace will set me free

once again your words entice me in the poem... i read it and then its like boom i kinda understand bt the best parts of life are often found after while wondering through a forest full of chaos and as for swans their songs are still sung even if no1 can hear them:)
hope you find the key to the shackels holding you downx
