    Not self harmed in a good few months but trying to fight it just now. Want to self harm a lot recently as a way of release.
    Might help with my anxiety and let me relax

    Hey there try some ''safe'' ways to satisfy whatever the needs are you are doing it for. Rubbing really cold ice cubes helps, plastic strings, writing everything down and not throwing it away but putting it on your bed and hitting it, it gets the anger out, gives you a sense of relief!!!

    Hi, LJT you have done well and you need to remember that. You don't need to self-harm at all, as you are important. I'm proud to say that you survived so far since you joined and shows a brilliant inner strength. You should be proud of that fact. Well done.
