i myself don't know what it's like to be addicted to something, but my boyfriend does.

he had been doing heroin, meth, lsd, and a bunch of other drugs that i can't even remember their names for a little over a year. i asked him to quit for me and he did.

the withdrawls were terrible. he was very moody and felt very sick for a few weeks. he was depressed and mad at himself for getting himself addicted.

but after a few weeks (2, 3 tops) he started feeling better. Now, 5 months after his last hit, he's back to normal. he says he still wants something to get him off, but the temptation isn't so strong anymore.

i hope this helped a little bit. just bear through it and you'll be fine.
if you need to talk i'll be here :]
