    Not sure which category to put this under.

    I been playing this game to help distract me from some things. Seems to help.

    Hoping I can find other distractions.

    Nature walk, take pictures of the plants, trees, ladybirds.
    Talking here can help a lot.
    Exercise can help a lot if you stick with it.
    I am glad you have found a game that distracts you :) very good :)
    Oh, and have a nice long shower, that can distract you too, I know it goes for me at least.

    Not sure what you like to do, but these are some things I enjoy. Reading, writing, listening to music, playing guitar and keyboard, cleaning, walking, spending time outside, cooking, talking to people online, spending time with animals, watching TV shows and movies, making lists of things I want to do, going shopping. I hope this list will give you some ideas that will help :)
