Do you ever just make yourself happy in your misery?

like you get contempt with your crappy life and even when small good things happen you classify then as great successes, then you realize how wut you did means nothing and you get depressed again, then the cycle begins again.

Say nothing more. I get it all too well. But you DO need to be proud of yourself. Here's a trick of mine...promise yourself to do at least ONE thing that has been bugging you each day, and then reward yourself and relax. Give yourself 1 day off, and after 1 week, you will have done at least 6 things you needed to do. The next week, make it 2 things per day and so on. Your life becomes more organized, you become more social and you start feeling so much better. baby steps are the key here, but you are going to have to FORCE yourself at first because it doesn't just happen. I did more this week than I've done in a year because of this, and I actually feel pretty good about myself. The torture you put yourself through when you fail yourself is so much more painful than the actual act.
