I have a friend who swears coffee can be a cause of depression. I drink a lot of coffee!

    Anyone heard of this?

(oh, p.s. does it stunt your growth as well?)

A lot of that coffee paranoia is nothing more then old wives tales. Coffee won't stunt your growth but it could possibly make you anxious, and stress you out. But thats the caffeine in your coffee that hurts you not the coffee itself. If you want to test how caffeine effects you, try cutting caffeine out of your diet for 7 days. If you notice a big change from your body without caffeine versus having caffeine then you should try caffeine free coffee.
