It generally makes me sadder. I'm happy that I have not cried in many months now.

It makes me feel worse, and tired.

I also feel like a complete horrible mess. -_- Stuffy nose and red eyes.

My eyebrows also have this thing where they turn purple if I cry enough...

    Yeah, it's not pretty.

It makes me feel worse. I appreciate that it helps certain people, but it is certainly not useful for me.

Instead, I try to force myself to smile or laugh. I either think about something happy or funny, or I seek out jokes/funny videos. A smile or a laugh has the same release value to a cry to me, but it also boosts my mood.

    I can't really cry.

I know when i am really bad when i can, and it's not normal crying, more like a hysterical, screaming wail. So no it doesn't make me feel better. It just leaves me emotionally drained and no better off.

I have cried a sea of tears all this year and it scares the **** out of me because I cant breath and have huge panic attacks that I have to take meds for...
so I put 'hate stuffy nose'..

before that though I always thought a good cry helped..

I chose: "Normally better, unless depressed and then it doesn't change anything."

I only really cry when im all worked up and angry. It doesnt make me feel any better though, just out of control. Crying because im upset was always a no no growing up.

    I chose "Exhausted but Relieved".
Most times I'm like that, but afterwards I get really tired, have dry eyes, and sick from stuffy nose that gives me a migrane.
Yet after all that wares off, the relieved feeling happens sometimes.
