I am not sure what forum to put this in but does leaving a note to loved ones why you did what you did help them cope any better?

:welcome: to the forum. Not sure about notes. They can answer some questions but generate more. Whether you do or not people will be hurt. Why not tell us why you feel this way. There are some good people here on the forum who could maybe help you find a better way of dealing with your problems. They've certainly helped me. Best wishes.S.

Why do you think everyone who asks a question needs help? What if I'm just someone who thinks up questions and then goes searching the answers just for kicks and giggles.

I think it would depend on the content of the note. If you were to leave a note saying, "i hate you and you are the reason I did this" I doubt that would help them cope. Either way though, I doubt that a note would do a whole lot to ease people's pain. Thats why I won't be writting any before I go.
