Don't no where to turn to

    I'm am a 43 year old man, I live with my wife and 6 children age 17 to 3, i suffers from a recurrent depressive disorder. Most recent episode was a severe psychotic disorder with psychotic symptoms i hear voices in my head my med's are ( 500mg Quetiapine, 20mg Amitriptyline, 50mg Paroxetine, 50mg Promethazine )
    I attend regular outpatient clinic appointment at a Health centre with
    Community mental health team. But I don't think it's working and I can't take it no more and all I see is one way out

    Can you call your health team or a crisis team to get an expedited appointment with psyche or CPN to look at options to help? With so many stressors I can certainly understand the difficulties and admire your strength. keep talking to us please.

    Have you tried talking therapy as an alternative or in addition to the meds!

    Talk to the consultant rather than just the team.

    Posting here will give additional support to you.
