i feel like crap... i have been feeling crap for ages actually, but i have been trying to hold it all in and cope with it my self. Coping by my self was going well for a while but now its just too hard.

I have soo much to say, but i dont know where to begin...
so i wont, i cant put this all on to other people, i have to do it my self.

excercising does help. if your muscles dont move, move them.
i understand your sadness, its understandable.
just be optimistic, it helps..but its hard to do.
