There are exercises to complete (if you want to) designed to help you decide whether or not to cut down your booze intake, and then there's loads of support there if you decide you want to (I haven't though, yet). One of the most useful things is a really interactive Drink Diary. You record 'drinking episodes' including what you drank, how much you drank, where you were, who you were with... you can add thoughts and feelings before and after too. It's a real eye-opener, I guess. I didn't realise how much alcohol I was drinking :unsure:. I'm not going to mess around trying to stop yet, because at the moment it's just something that gets me by, but I'm still recording the diary if only because it's interesting!
