Sometimes little things can get to us without us even knowing it. We then become depressed and think back to what made us feel that way and we can't find anything we consider significant enough to make us feel the way we do. Sometimes things such as poor diet, lack of exercise, and the like can also make us depressed. And as always there's the theory of chemical imbalances. Whatever it is I do hope you will continue to share your feelings here. You don't have to explain why you feel bad to deserve comfort and support. :hug:
