The sun is rising, do you see it too?
I’ve bled in this sand I can see the sky through…
We’re both drowning… We’re both drowning in this dry land…

It must be up there, must be judging us…
It dries the sands where we made such a big fuss…
And they’re still fighting… They’re still fighting over dry land…

Look at my eyes, I say…
This left one cries, I cry…
You could almost call me human, couldn’t you…
    You know, considering… I think I killed you too…

My girl’s waiting just across the sea…
If I could tell her to forget about me…
I’m busy dying… I’m busy dying in this dry land…

The dark is coming I wish I could be hiding…
If only human here weren’t quite so obliging!
Yeah he’s still sleeping… and he’s still sleeping on his dry laaand…

And what if I told you… your childhood hero is dead?!
What if I told you someone shot him in the head?
I mean the crowd IS always singing
I mean and blood IT’S always bringing OHH NOOOOOOOO…MMHM YEEEAH!

I don't like it much, but what do you think?
