    hi i wonder how do you stop feeling so empty when you've shut off how do you open up when you have become a master at suppressing and bottling up

    Hey there. I always wonder the same thing. What I try to do is write out everything that is wrong and bothering me. Just write it all out. How you feel, what's going on and everything. Once you get used to doing that on a regular basic try writing the same type of things to a friend or an annoymus person. That is what I am doing and it seems to be working so far. I bottle everything up until I explode like a shattered bottle. Maybe this wont help, but just trying to help. Have a nice night "alexman" :smile:

    It takes time a lot of time I'm feeling like that right now talking to someone helps
