Today I was mixing lots of energy drinks with my anti-depressants, and it made me feel really, really good.

Anybody else notice this or has anyone else done it?

Never tried energy drinks. Maybe once.
If it makes you feel good, keep it up

I don't like feeling up. My body revs itself up enough as it is. I have too much anxiety to drink energy drinks.

I'd like to keep it up but I'm really starting to have trouble getting them.

My therapist said I shouldn't drink them because it agitates my anxiety disorders.

Therefore my mom won't let me get them as much.

Which sucks cause I like energy drinks.

Some energy drinks if not all make me feel like shit when they wear off.

I went through a stage of drinking lots of energy drinks, they made me quite happy & hyper but after a while I would get really anxious & fidgety. Couldn't keep it up though cos after a while I got really bad headaches & they had a v high calorie content.
