Yeah my girl left me 2 or 3 years ago (i truly cant remember) but i dream of her still.........she comes back to me!!! tells me she loves me.......but then we go to have sex.....its all in my head so its all from me, i wake up crying feeling that i have betryed her because i should just love her......why does the sex have to be there?
In the dream we never actually do have sex, why does it make me feel so guilty............why cant she get out of my head?

Maybe it just hasn't happened, why she is still in your head.
She may be in your heart and very important to you.
you loved her.

Can you clarify your first sentence please.............sorry, it takes a while sometimes:)

And yes she is in my heart..........no matter what i do ....and that is bad.........hurts for her to be there maybe do more than hurt to dig her out.

I'll try to clarify some.
It hasn't happened yet, I am sorry.....it may just be taking long time to heal.
Do you want to heal? Do you want tolet her go?

Try not to think of it as hurt, but as your dreams telling you something.
I think our hearts and heads are not always working together. Meaning your heart loves in this way...your head knows it needs to do this and this and this...it is hard for heads and hearts to work in the same direction and the same time.

She has not left your heart for a reason. She was a very special person for you and maybe she will come back into your life. Maybe not.
It may not be time.
You do not know why you cannot move on and let her go. Only you will know.

I hurt over that too. I too face it. Not in my dreams, but in real life.
When you are young, you want to "bounce back" or you will try to.

I know how you feel...I had weird dreams soon after I left my husband....if you ever want to talk about it, I am always here for you and my PM box is always open for you. :hug:
