Was a positively tropical 10C today with the sun making an appearance, made the most doing a very leisurely 10k down to the local country park and lake and back. Ribs are being funny - niggling all day yesterday, despite painkillers, today barely noticeable. Am sure it's some kind of subluxation/slipping rib thing due to previous injuries as it can be so intermittent. My knee is the same due to an old injury, if it goes at the wrong angle the cartilage slips and it's very painful and can't walk, but as soon as it pops back it's good as new. Running actually makes me knee feel better (running = no pain and no knee clicking - lying on sofa for days = onset of pain and clicking) - so I'll apply the same principle to ribs and keep moving within reason!
