Exhaustion and suicidal thoughts

I’m aware that running on empty for people with mental disorders is not good. Opens up avenues to bad places. So my suicidal thoughts are creeping. I need to slow down and stop thinking about work so much. Focus on my physical and mental health. Eat better. Ate horribly all week. As day is ending, I feel bad.

Yes, hope you can correct this... as I agree that it is one of the worst things—both mentally & physically! Need to be in your right mind to confront and battle mental illness, and it’s hard to do so when the body is wracked and ravaged . . . So, good 😉 luck!
