    ive cut 4 timez 2day more dan b4 an itz been da same cut each time makin it deeper an deeper im feelin like a failure stupid worthless an horrbile i dont kno wot im doin no more how can i b cuttin 2 make me feel beta i feel like a loser nah maybe i am a loser :mad:

    You are not a loser for cutting. It's a coping mechanism, and while it's definitely not the healthiest one, it doesn't mean that you are worthless or a failure.

    Is there anyone you can talk to when you're really triggered, instead of cutting? Or have you tried going for a walk instead, listening to loud music, playing with your pet if you have one? I know those things don't always work, but sometimes they are worth a try.
