Some are green, some are pink
They're all pretty, they're all cute
Adorable little fairies, flying on their butterfly wings
Their faces are silky, their hair flows like water
Their feet are bootless, their skin is clean
Their eyes are innocent, their smile is mean
Their teeth are numerous, their teeth are sharp
Their hands are tiny, their claws are long
Their laughter brings men to tears
Their shrieks bring men to their knees
Always they are happy, always they are beautiful
Always they hunt, always they seek
Your skin is their clothing, your blood is their wine
Your fear is their drug, your screams is their music
They fly like butterflies, sting like venomous bees
Melting your insides, erupting your skin
They swarm over you, gnaw you, tear you apart
All the while, laughing like small children
    And you die.

(Bonus points for those who "get it".)

There are many kinds of fairies. Some are benevolent, some are malevolent. Some are playful, some are doleful. And some are innocent in the way that they eat you up. This is the creme de la creme! Thank you, Krem.

"A fairy (also faery, faerie, fay, fae; euphemistically wee folk, good folk, people of peace, fair folk, etc.)[1] is a type of mythological being or legendary creature, a form of spirit, often described as metaphysical, supernatural or preternatural.

Fairies resemble various beings of other mythologies, though even folklore that uses the term fairy offers many definitions. Sometimes the term describes any magical creature, including goblins or gnomes: at other times, the term only describes a specific type of more ethereal creature.[2]"

But all this is irrelevant. I was using a metaphor.

    Neither. But it's getting closer.

Since this isn't a board for riddles, this isn't a riddle. It's a poem. It's about the "attractive" people. The socialites, the party-goers. Those who look good, but take their fun at the expense of others, who will ride past a homeless man laughing, who would point and laugh at the non-socialite in the corner. Those vicious, good-looking twits, whom everyone seems to like and adore, whose actions are always perfect, whom can't be seen doing anything bad. (Besides, when they do it, it's fun, right? It's all for the shits and giggles, no harm, no foul. It's not like those other people have emotions, right? Nah, they're not like us. They're not human. etc.)
