Flame-hued sunset paints the sky -
    curious children wondering why.
    Snowshoe rabbit, perfectly shod,
tells me that there is a God.

    Gentle raindrops slake the thirst
of delicate blossoms, soon to burst
ablaze with color and wondrous form:
    The Master's canvas deiform.

    Earthquake moves what Man cannot.
Love ties up the surgeon's knot.
    Fireweed blooms amid destruction -
    Evidence of ethereal reconstruction.

    Celestial bodies stage a show.
They light the night so all will know
that Heaven and Earth companions be.
God is in both stars and me.

  2. "God is in both stars and me." Beautiful Least...

You remind me of what I used to feel - it's a heck of a thing to miss...
