today i was given the impression by my doctor that i could possibly have a brain tumor
i wasn't scared or concerned for a second
i felt relieved and happy like i just received the best news
unfortunately, its not likely and I'm extremely disappointed
the misery won't end until it ends me

Thats alot for a person to take in. Do you think by thinking its not a tumor is a way to cope with it for now?

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear your sad news but you have to be strong. It's a lot to take in but keep posting for support. Take care.

Did you feel relieved that you'd have a reason for ending it that people would understand? I do. But--as someone who had a close call with a lump--you'd want to fight and go out on your own terms.

I hope you come back to us for support. And I am glad it turned out not to be a brain tumour. Think of it as another chance at life, like it was a reason you are still here and do whatever you want to do in a positive way
