I feel in control when I have a normal eating pattern. That's the hardest thing when you have issues with eating. Not fasting, that is just giving in for me. It's so much easier not eating anything than actually trying hard to eat healthy and normally and work out. Are you really in control Sarah, or is your eating disorder in control? Just think about it and please don't go crazy, I wasn't attacking you.

exercising when not eating would just mean collapsing in the end or feeling so awful i would feel out of control when i ate anything.

personally, from my experience, it isn't a great idea to exercise when you're not eating

i also like blue shoes, i feel in control when emotionally/physically i feel okay, if i'm not then i'm out of control.

but yeah i've felt in control when i've not been eating  it doesn't last too long though.

yeah, I know what you mean. I definitely feel in control when I'm fasting. Especially when I'm with other people who are stuffing their faces on things and you feel invincible because you don't need it.
