Fat is good!

    When people want to lose weight, a lot go for low-fat everything.
    That may not be such a great idea.
    We know that a diet very low in fat can cause depression.

    Also, now, high fat (low carb) diets are being used to slow progression of Alzheimer's and dementia.

    Fat is essential for a healthy brain! It also helps one be satiated more easily, and be full longer. Fat has its place!

    It does indeed^^
    there was a high fat, low carb dieting fad going on here about a year ago. Apparently it worked and spread, because the entire country ran out of butter and extra fatty milk D:
    though, jokes aside, the brain really need healthy non-processed fat to function - so this is sound advice ^^
