    Ill start off.

    Banana Buckwheat Pancakes

    1. Put one or one and a half bananas in the food processor. Blend until smooth.
    2. Mix one cup buckwheat pancake flour and one cup water. (or mix pancake batter however you want)
    3. Mix banana in pancake batter
    4. Cook

    A nice easy recipe that is both healthy and filling. A Great snack! :)

    pitta bread pizza

    wholemeal pitta bread
    peppers, mushrooms, onion chilis, tomatos
    tomato puree or tomato sauce

    dump it all on the top of the pitta bread put it under the grill put some herbs on it and it's done!

    I will do it when my family are out of the kitchen.

    Just had to eat asparagus and salmon. English food is crap IMO.

    it can be a bit bland. i put cayenne pepper over everything. :laugh:

    I put tabasco on pretty much everything, or nandos sauce.

    i used tabasco when i was younger, but i've now moved on to cayenne :wink:

    Blt recipe--i love this lol


    * 3 strips of bacon
    * 1 beefsteak tomato
    * lettuce leaves
    * 2 slices of toast
    * butter, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste


    Begin by broiling three slices of bacon under the broiler. Slice one beefsteak tomato, wash and spin two lettuce leaves. Toast two pieces of your favourite bread and butter, if desired. Assemble the sandwich and serve with dill pickles, chips, or small green salad. Enjoy!

    1 yellow or white box cake mix
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. nuts (optional)
    1 c. coconut (optional)

    Blend all ingredients well. Fold in chocolate chips, nuts and/or coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen.

    1 sliced banana
    3-4 large strawberries (top sliced off)
    2 cups milk
    1/4 cup of yogurt (optional)
    1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
    5 ice cubes

    Combine all ingredients except sugar in blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add sugar. Enjoy!

    2 1/2 cups white or white whole wheat flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup vegetable shortening
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups over-ripe mashed bananas
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 cup chopped nuts
    1 tablespoon banana liqueur or dark rum

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Combine flour, baking soda and salt; stir to mix well.

    In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat together shortening, sugar, mashed bananas, and eggs. When well beaten, gradually add the flour mixture while mixture is at lowest speed. Mix only until combined.

    Stir in the banana liqueur or rum and the chopped walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts or macadamia nuts.

    Butter and flour a loaf pan. Bake for 65-70 minutes
