February goals--establish a routine on the new exercise bike, continue reducing alcohol intake (I have been counting my drinks for several weeks now and moving in the right direction).
Well, mission accomplished. Bike has been a huge boon to my exercise routine. Could be doing better on drinking. There have only been marginal reductions. But they are reductions nonetheless, and cumulative. Moving in the right direction.
