feel awful

i dont no what i can do, im in so much pain i cant go on, all i can do i cry in a ball, its like agony like ive got a knife in my stomach, and it doesnt go away

i have to die but i cant do that and cos i cant i feel even worse.

why do i have to feel like this ive been suffering for months now, everyday.
im seriously in a bad way

Have you tried calling a crisis line or a suicide hotline. I know right now it feels like nothing could possibly work to stop the pain. It's huge. But the only way to fight it is with little baby steps. You could take the first one and call someone. Anyone like the ones I mentioned. And keep posting here. So many know the pain you're feeling. Please just reach out and let someone in to help you take that first baby step :arms:
