i don't really know what to say about this but i am "coming out" to my therapist and all i can think about is that i want to die :'(

i keep thinking about taking sometyhing or doing something just to ease the anxiety! i've given myself way too much time to think about it which was a mistake!

why am i so weak?

Its an incredibly stressful thing your doing and of course you feel the need to squash the anxiety. Just hang on in there ..be brave as you are being ! once its over and done with you will be filled with relief i wish you all the best of luck!
