I'm feeling so low tonight. I often feel low, but tonight is lower than low IYSWIM :sad:
Find out what cheers you up and everytime you feeling like shit do that. For instance go for a walk, do some jogging, watch a nice movie, eat chocolate.
Can't think of anything other that to post on SF so I guess I'll do that until I am too tired.

I suggest you find something that will make you feel comfortable and safe. Usually for me that just involves sleeping or watching a movie on the couch. I can't stand going out in public when i feel low. Read a book? Write a story? I hope it passes quick!
