    I try to forget my feelings of hate.
    I forget what i hate.
    I forget why I feel hate.
    I have forgotton what it feels to feel anthing other than hate.
    What do you hate.
    Hate is such a strong word.
    It can mean a lot of things!
    Is feeling hate a good thing?

    Hate is a very destructive feeling, it is not a good thing.

    Can't you replace the feelings of hate with feelings of love or other constructive feelings.

    Make a bit of a plan on how to slowly move forward.

    Setting goals and achieving them is a good way of feeling better about yourself.

    Last year I taught myself to do a handstand and I've been learning to play some songs on the piano. Try to think of something to challenge yourself to achieve.

    I find learning stuff on Wikipedia is a good way to occupy my lonely life.
