Flashback only get worse

I have been trying to deal with these flashbacks but I just can't I don't know what to do anymore. Sometimes I manage to get by and have some time where I am not constantly thinking about it. I need someone to talk to I don't feel comfortable sharing the details in this post.

 

Your doctor have you talk to flashbacks are very hard to get through without professional help hun. A therapist one that deals with ptsd will teach you how to get through them and even lessen the times you have them hugs

 

Hey, I'm going through exactly that at the moment too.. I'm here if you wanna talk, I'm not so good at dealing with my flashbacks and nightmares either, but I do have a few things that sometimes help. xox
