Anytime I feel gloomy and morose, the first thing I do is get out of the house. Because I know that if I stay cooped up, then it worsens the gloom. Another way is to do stair-climbing. That is, I go to a nearby high-rise building which is 15 stories, and I climb the stairs back and forth, up and down, until I get plenty of perspiration. By that time, I'm too tired to feel morose.

Well this certainly helped me tonight. That horse jumping was great and if I had all those balls I would fill my house for sure. Thanks
