the way this game works is:

someone posts a word- anything, a place, an animal, an object etc

the next poster can either post:

    1. a funny joke with that word mentioned

    2. an embarrassing story (either from your childhood) or if it's happened to someone else

or 3. a facinating fact about what ever it is

then you post a new one and we go on

    so to start us off:

    Carly Simon, You're So Vain...

    Lyrics

    "You're So Vain"
    (feat. Mick Jagger)

You walked into the party like you were walking onto a yacht
Your hat strategically dipped below one eye
    Your scarf it was apricot
You had one eye on the mirror as you watched yourself gavotte
And all the girls dreamed that they'd be your partner
    They'd be your partner, and...

You're so vain, you probably think this song is about you
You're so vain, I'll bet you think this song is about you
    Don't you? Don't You?

You had me several years ago when I was still quite naive
Well you said that we made such a pretty pair
And that you would never leave
But you gave away the things you loved and one of them was me
I had some dreams, they were clouds in my coffee
    Clouds in my coffee, and...

I had some dreams they were clouds in my coffee
    Clouds in my coffee, and...
Well I hear you went up to Saratoga and your horse naturally won
Then you flew your lear jet up to Nova Scotia
To see the total eclipse of the sun
Well you're where you should be all the time
And when you're not you're with
Some underworld spy or the wife of a close friend
Wife of a close friend, and...

Fact - "Even more anomalous, the dates obtained from mortar used near the top of the Pyramid were a thousand years older than those obtained from mortar nearer the Pyramid base. The researchers, if they were to fully believe these findings, would have to propose that the Pyramid had somehow been built from the top down." http://www.world-mysteries.com/mpl_2_4.htm

People once laughed at me when I mentioned it, so hence the article.

FACT A more controversial question is whether the Wall is visible from low Earth orbit (an altitude of as little as 160 kilometers (100 mi)). NASA claims that it is barely visible, and only under nearly perfect conditions; it is no more conspicuous than many other man-made objects.[68] Other authors have argued that due to limitations of the optics of the eye and the spacing of photoreceptors on the retina, it is impossible to see the wall with the naked eye, even from low orbit, and would require visual acuity of 20/3 (7.7 times better than normal)https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Wall_of_China

in hitchhiker guide the answer to life the universe and everything is 42 but what is the question??

Fact:"The number 42 is, in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams, "The Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything", calculated by an enormous supercomputer over a period of 7.5 million years. Unfortunately, no one knows what the question is."
