What is it about life that you want to say "screw it" to. Life itself? Have you always felt this way?
If things are becoming overwhelming, step back from them. Usually it isn't just life that is the problem, but specific things that are bothering you.
Are there things you want to talk about? It doesn't matter if it seems like a multitude of things or too much to talk about. Just vent maybe you'll make some sense or we can catch you somewhere and say hey wait, did you ever think of looking at it this way...
This forum isn't filled with therapists and psychiatrists so you can get different advice here and make friendships even though you may have tried therapy in the past and it has not worked. I mean, I don't really know, not much to go on. But hopefully you'll open up a little more and we can help you.
