As some of you know from the stories I've told you, I am a TERRIBLE cook. I suprised myself yesterday by making a wonderful lamb casserole and chocolate cake for dessert and for a change it was actually edible!! I thought it was a turning point for me but damn!! Today, I undercooked the meat for the Sunday dinner and NOW I've just burnt the bloody victoria sponge.
SPONGE??? HOW THE HECK CAN YOU BURN SPONGE??!! :ohmy: :sad:
