Not sure if this in the right forum
Had an appointment at the hospital yesterday, after my doc reffered me as urgent cause of my depression, suicidle thoughts and a overdose.
We talked for an hour and 20 mins and I felt better but I was having a good day anyway. Im going to have a follow up appointment in 2 weeks, and she's araging counciling but there is a long waiting list like normal lol. Ive also got to got to go make a appointment to see my doc again on monday morning and i'll prob end up on anti-depressants.
I had a really bad back that day so had to take some strong pain killers so had to take the bus as couldn't drive. but the good side affect of the pills was that I was very talkative but they helped lol, I let her know cause I was a bit high too lol.
Of corse I did a stupid thing later I decide to have a drink at my mates pub, while still taking the painkillers it was a bad idea. I had 3 pints of bitter then had a choughing fit and passed out for 2 hours lol. Saying that in 6 nights ive had one 8 hour sleep and one 4 hour sleep so it aint helping me either.
Kept busy today doing things for my m8s pub, been to the cash and carry twice and picked up a few barrels and loads of bottles, its used up all the energy I got left, im worn out but still wide awake. If i cant get to sleep soon Im going to have some real problems
