  1. Goodbye

    Goodbye to the heavens
    that made me sigh;
    To sunsets and stars,
    constellations and dawn,
    mist and twilight,
    and sacred indigo
To gently twirling fog, and God
    and curiosity, farewell
    You’ll be here
    long after I’m gone
    You see, I’m already dead
I’ve been dying since the day
    I was born
    And I’ve born so much
    that I cannot live
    any longer
    I thought I was alive
    knowing what I knew,
    seeing what I saw…
    Feeling one
    Whispering, glistening snow,
    I still hear you
Soft touch and scent of cedar branch
    I remember
    But it’s only memory
    And I’ve lost It all

    I’ve lost it all ~
    Sweet poems,
dear odes to life when once
    a child of the universe,
    now forsaken

    Forsaken by love
    of being alive

I like this poem. It is deep and emotional. I like the way that you worded it. I hope to see more of your poems here soon. If you ever need to talk send me a pm and I will get back to you as soon as I get it. Take care and I love you. :cheekkiss  :cheekkiss  :cheekkiss  :cheekkiss
