Yeah. We are not ready to impose this. And it will NOT stop any of it. Stupid world. Obviously we can't conciously guide people to understanding the dangers and becoming aware, so we'll just deny information. Not that I think that shit should exist, but it does. This stuff makes me so dizzy.. There is NO way any institution can matain a degree of respect understanding and awarness. They don't exist.
Not a good time to start scraping together a shit system that will inevitably be abused, nor do I agree with it's founding principle. I fucking hate people that say "But think of the chilllldren!" Take some damn responsibility for your children and learn/develop parental locks. As far as the next issue, individuals introducing destructive information and recordings? That's a completely different shit topic. It won't go away, and it will become more adaptive to technology with more secuirty features we put up. And tbh "terrorism" has a point inside of it, surrounded with horrendous destructive expressions. Expression is one of our basic freedoms... not saying it makes any expression right, but the deliciate balance in handeling..
Oh who cares. Maybe it's just too much hard work, on that.. I can understand. And I loath... so fucking much.

I understand that most or all of those things can be bad - I do not believe that the answer is enforced government censorship of anything where somebody else will get to decide what is or is not "hate material" as opposed to free expression or voicing of opinion - child pornography is already illegal everywhere I am aware of so telling somebody else to police instead of enforcing laws already on books changes nothing, and such vague terms as "harmful information" are at the least scary to any free society.... Enforcement of laws and education are preferable to censorship always - in my opinion

I am not in UK but felt need to comment - sorry.

I can understand everything else, but there is a possibility of SF being blocked also. Even though we are pro-life, we have gotten bad press and such (remember the rumor of the Sandy Hook gunman??), no matter how we have dealt with it. I cannot imagine the type of horror were to ensue if people from the UK didn't have access to us.

Children need a babysitter, and we don't make any effort to show that we can act like sane, decent, moral adults that can be trusted with even half of the freedoms we have. It needs to happen. A mature adult realizes all rights come with responsibilities, and that rights can be lost or suspended if abused. Censorship won't clean up the internet, but it will get rid of a lot of the trash.

It is highly illogical to just put total blocking on everything like this. The reasoning behind my statement is because there are those who are active participants in sites like this who do support a global network of like minded individuals (key component being depression/thoughts) - if they were not allowed to partake in forums of this nature, it would further isolate the people who are struggling and use the facility of online support.

Ok, so we are peer-to-peer with (to my knowledge), no mental health specialists on site, but does that mean we do not have the interests of the safety and well-being of our fellow human beings (in our multitude of supportive ways), in our hearts? We might all be emotionally charged in one way or another based on our experiences, but we do, as a community strive to support each other and encourage living.

I demand that all yellow fish be removed from the sea, all trawler fishing companies are now responsible for the removal of yellow fish and stopping the further proliferation of yellow fish.

What do you mean the sea is too big? What do you mean nets don't catch specific fish? What do you mean there are not enough trawler boats to scour the sea? What do you mean the sea is too deep in places? What do you mean you can't stop yellow fish breeding?

Well I don't care about all that make it happen to not do so makes you morally irresponsible.
