I take it that's in reference to a Republican being elected is Massachusetts, thereby giving the opposition a chance to filibuster Obama's healthcare plan (and whatever else it wants for that matter).

Luckily, socialism was never going to come regardless. People in this country have an extremely poor grasp of economics and political theory, let alone what socialism actually is.

Ah yes a chance for the so called conservative party (which if you look at isn't trying to conserve the United states that this country was founded on but is trying to change it to fit their radical religious way of thinking) to play along party lines instead of what their Constituents need or want. Yea this is a great way to go about things in this wack shit of a country.

yay, that means another 45,000 dead Americans a year due to lack of health insurance. Yay Yay Yay

and socialism, wtf? are you serious? you think obama is a socialist?

Hopefully this will be a wake up call to Obama to stop ignoring his liberal base. And stop playing softball. Its time to use budget reconciliation and ram this healthcare bill down their throats. After all, bush used it three times to pass tax cuts for the rich.

Its time for Democrats to act like they are in the majority. The rethugs would have done passed this bill.

We need to get rid of the fillibuster, its not in the constitution and what they are doing is absolutely agains the spirit of the constitution. They fillibuster literally everything.

How can it be that America chose Democrats to run the executive and the legislative, yet the minority is still in charge?

    Biden said it good:

“As long as I have served, … I’ve never seen, as my uncle once said, the constitution stood on its head as they’ve done. This is the first time every single solitary decision has required 60 senators,” Biden said. “No democracy has survived needing a supermajority.”
